Test a defined sample of a real tender package (e.g., a BOQ or scope of work with embedded requirements):

• Match precision: how many proposed matches are confirmed as relevant

• Coverage: how many items have relevant domestic candidates

• Review effort: expert time needed to assess results

• Evidence quality: whether each match is backed by traceable information

Acceptance criteria will be agreed with the pilot partner before testing. A proposed match is a potential candidate, not a confirmed supplier.
